fulfillment times: 2-4 weeks for screen-printed Items and 3-5 weeks for embroidered items :-) if there are any changes we will be sure to email you and keep you informed on your order!
returns/exchanges: we do not accept returns or exchanges at the current moment. however, if you do believe there is a problem with your order, send an email to support@kindnessthreads.com and we can find a resolution!
cancellations: no cancellations! please make sure all information is correct before you purchase :-)
customs: we offer bulk custom orders with a minimum of 25 units. email support@kindnessthreads.com for a quote!

we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail. once we drop your order off to the post office, it is in their hands!
